Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

  • Free Consultations: Discovery calls and project consultations are completely free.
  • Paid Sessions: Training sessions require payment before the meeting.
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email/SMS confirmation after booking.
  • Reminders: A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled meeting.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Free Rescheduling: Reschedule for free up to 2 hours before your meeting.
  • How to Reschedule: Use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
  • Multiple Reschedules: Please limit rescheduling to 2 times per booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ Hours notice: Cancel anytime for free.
  • Less than 24 hours: Please still cancel — We appreciate the notice.
  • Repeated no-shows: May require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

  • 15 minutes grace period: I'll wait up to 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes: The meeting will be considered a no-show.
  • Late notice: Message us on WhatsApp if you're running late.
